Arn Strasser

Arn Strasser will be reading from his new poetry collection, The Asymmetry of Silence.

For this, his sixth collection of poetry, Arn Strasser takes the reader on an emotional journey across time, people and places from a life being fully lived.  The journey is a varied one...poems of loss, longing and silences, Zen-like meditations, stories of mermaids and make believe poets, fables of lovers, and love songs. Arn Strasser has been called a generous poet, and here we have a book that is again generous, filled with an awe for the mysteries of life.

Arn Strasser is an artist and writer. He was born in Zurich, Switzerland and grew up in Great Neck, NY. He received a Masters in History from Michigan State University and a Masters in Architecture from the University of Oregon. He has published five books of poetry and other publications.
