As a small business, it's tough to compete with Black Friday deals. But independent, neighborhood businesses are essential for the vitality of our community. We are so grateful for your support all year long. This year on Indies First Day/Small Business Saturday we want to thank you for your support by offering 20% off all books, calendars, jigsaw puzzles, and BB swag all day long, from 10am to 5pm.
We are also launching our Holiday Book Drive starting this weekend. This year we are working with the librarian at Parkrose High School to enhance the school's print resources for their students. As in previous years, when you donate a virtual gift certificate to the library to buy books for the school, we will increase your donation by 20%. Our customers have shown great generosity in past years in helping grow local school libraries -- your kindness is deeply appreciated!
